Not satisfied with the service at all. I was sitting and waiting for my friend. He had a meeting and was late and could not call me because I do not have Islandic mobile number yet. The cafe was a good meeting place for me as I do not know the town and am new to Iceland. As I did not order anything I had a feeling I was treated as a bad customer. On top of it, I was charged twice on my Visa card for my coffee. I remeber the maid said at the counter: the payment did not go throughh. Anna, Germany 6. August 2009
