We ate at Caruso this week on our first trip to Iceland. What incredible food! I had the pizza sandwich (think a huge stuffed slice) and my wife had a vegetable quiche. Both were excellent with ample serving sizes. The quiche was not a traditional quiche that we think of in America, but in many ways was much better. Not much egg at all, but the veggies were almost more in an au gratin. Nice atmosphere too!
